I - Setting Up the Workflow

Objective: To enable departments to easily monitor the tasks of a shipment created in the 'Shipment' section.

Step 1: Go to 'Automation Setting' -> select 'Operation' -> then choose 'Processing Management'.

Step 2: Select each transportation mode and business form to set up the process. For example: Sea FCL - Export, Sea FCL - Import, Sea FCL - Domestics, Sea FCL - Other.

Step 3: To add a new status:

  • In the 'Enter New Process' field, input the status you want to add -> click 'ADD'.

  • To move processes: Hold the move icon and drag to your desired position.

  • Set shipment status: Align the shipment status with the processing status.

  • Change colors for the processes:
    - Background color: change the status color.
    - Text color: change the text color.

  • Assign permissions (if necessary) for users/groups to check or uncheck this status.

  • Lock Shipment' function:

This feature locks the status to prevent scenarios where the shipment is completed, but the status hasn't moved to 'COMPLETE'. When you activate a status, it becomes locked and cannot be modified further.

Step 4: Click 'Save' to complete the setup for a process.

II - Changing the Process in Shipment

Step 1: Go to 'Operation' -> 'Shipment' -> 'View shipment'.

Step 2: Click on the status.

The shipment details will display the tasks within a shipment. Click on the task you've completed using the check icon.

Step 3: Click the 'select process' button -> 'Yes'.
Note: For statuses set to be performed by an individual or a group, other users will not have the check option for that status.
