Q1: How do I know if a feature I need is on the roadmap?
A: Visit the Help Center’s “Feature Requests” section or email your account manager.


Q2: Can I get emergency support outside normal hours?
A: Enterprise clients may request extended coverage. Otherwise, responses resume on the next business day.


Q3: Can Freightek provide on-site training?
A: In-person sessions can be arranged for Premium or Enterprise customers, subject to region and scheduling.
