To submit a support request:

  1. Go to the Help Center or In-App Support.

  2. Click Submit a Ticket.

  3. Fill in:

    • Subject

    • Issue description (with screenshots if possible)

    • Urgency level

    • Module affected

You will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • Ticket ID

  • Status updates as your issue is reviewed and resolved

✅ All tickets are typically answered within 12–24 hours.

For Pro, Elite, or Enterprise users, Freightek offers:

  • Onboarding support & team training

  • Monthly account check-ins
