Alert categories on Shipment → List

Closing Time Alert

This icon warns you 3 days before any of the following booking deadlines you entered in the system:

• SI cut-off

• VGM cut-off

• CY cut-off

• Gate-in cut-off

ETA/ETD Alert

This icon warns you X days before the ETD or ETA date of the booking you entered in the system.

ETD/ETA is Changed

This icon appears when there is a difference between ETD/ETA in:

• Booking
  vs.

• Shipping Instruction

Feeder/Vessel/Voyage is Changed

This icon appears when there is a difference in Feeder / Mother Vessel / Plan / Voyage information between:

• Booking

• Shipping Instruction

Min Profit is Not Met

This icon warns you when:

• The shipment profit is negative, or

• The shipment profit is below the minimum profit configured for that customer.

Price / Quote Alert

This icon appears when:

• The price / quotation used in the shipment is not yet valid, or

• The price / quotation is already expired.

Closing Time – Documents Alert

This icon will warn you:

• 3 days before ETD → reminder to complete documents such as AMS / ISF / ACI, and mark these tasks as done in the system.

• 3 days before ETA → reminder to send MBL/HBL to the customer, and mark these tasks as done in the system.
